Don Pierce started playing bass at six years old with an audience who gave him his nickname “Don”. Self taught bass player coming from a family deep in music traditions several generations old. His parents, along with five siblings, played country shows and festivals in southern Ohio. He later played with his brothers carving out a professional career and traveling seven states throughout the Midwest. Recorded with Musicland Studios and received bookings with Lisa Lewis, Inc., Showtime Entertainment and New Wave Talent. Played in the bands HUH, Freemans 3, Southern Comfort, Posse, Southern Trio, Pierce’s Pride and now playing in Southern Justice with Tim Omark.
